Action on breakdowns outside normal office hours (5 p.m. – 7:45 a.m.)
Outside normal office hours breakdown reports are received by a special reporting service, after which the duty technician (and secondly his backup) is alerted. After contacting the client the technician will where possible link up with the building installation concerned using our building management system, in order to attempt to resolve the breakdown or indication remotely. If necessary, the breakdown technician will visit the work address concerned. Further handling takes place in accordance with the procedure applicable during office hours. The breakdown is dealt with in accordance with the ‘Breakdown Reporting and Handling’ procedure assured within our quality system.
