DSM Delft
The project on the production site of DSM Anti Invectives and Food Specialties consists of the management and maintenance of mechanical, building-related and site installations in and around 84 premises. These comprise offices, business premises and production plants.
Scope of the project
The technical management, maintenance and engineering and implementation of functional modifications to mechanical, building-related and site installations, in such a way that the requirements regarding the condition of the installations, the availability, the functioning, the workplace conditions and the statutory requirements are met. More specifically:
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Carrying out functional modifications;
- Technical management of the installations;
- Carrying out base-line measurements;
- Carrying out check measurement of installations or parts of installations;
- Organising and arranging for performance of the required inspections;
- Advising on energy and cost savings;
- Advising on improvements to the installations
- Providing log books and condition, progress and management reports.
