The A. de Jong Group makes substantial efforts to promote technology in general in schools. Beginning with VMBO schools (preparatory secondary vocational education), up to polytechnics. This link with education ensures a constant stream of student trainees, who, after obtaining their educational qualifications, also often continue working at the A. de Jong Group. The A. de Jong Group is a certified training company by Ecabo and Kenteq and also has its own qualified practical trainers.

As the A. de Jong Group consists of various business units, it is possible to complete various work placement periods at our company, by rotating between the various business units. Our company has made arrangements in this regard with the Mechanical Engineering course at the Albeda College and the Installation Technology course at the Zadkine College, among others.
