Applications
Do you want to apply for a vacancy or a work placement through our site? Or do you want to send us an open application? If so, please use the online application form. Within a few days you will receive confirmation of receipt of your application, containing an explanation of the continuation of the application procedure.
An initial selection is made by the HR Manager. If there are a large number of applicants, the first interview with the applicant will be conducted by the HR Manager alone. If there are just a few applicants, the first part of the interview will take place with a board member and/or the responsible manager and the candidate will then have a short interview with the HR Manager.
There may be a follow-up interview if further aspects need to be discussed with the applicant, if there are a large number of applicants or for other reasons. In the case of a follow-up interview this will always be with the board member or manager for the job-related content.
The HR department takes care of the contract. A concluding interview may be conducted independently by the HR Manager or in consultation with the board member or the manager. In the case of higher positions in the company the Managing Director will also often wish to talk to the applicant. The HR department provides an explanation of the contract of employment to the selected applicant.
