Filosophy

Reporting lines are short, so that decisions can be taken rapidly. This increases effectiveness. In addition, the relatively unbureaucratic personal approach – all doors are always wide open – increases the degree to which personnel identify with the business, ensuring a trusted family feeling. This feeling substantially affects the culture and hence the loyalty of employees who remain with the company for long periods. In all probability it is primarily the factors long term policy and flexibility which are the two elements that determine the level of success.
